Our story
Three families. One love of Christmas.
Assembly Row Christmas Tree Lot brings together two of New England's most trusted tree and wreath growers to give Somerville and Greater Boston the freshest, most beautiful holiday greens around.
How it all started
Assembly Row Christmas Tree Lot was born from a simple idea: bring the best of New England's holiday tradition right into the heart of Somerville. Every November, our lot at Assembly Row fills with the scent of fresh-cut balsam and the warmth of string lights — a little piece of the Maine woods in the city.
We partner with two incredible family farms to make it happen. North Pole Xmas Trees has been growing and harvesting premium Fraser Firs for decades, bringing their expertise in full, symmetrical trees that hold their needles beautifully through the season. MMB Christmas Trees from Maine supplies our stunning Balsam Firs and handcrafted wreaths, garland, and greens — cut fresh and shipped down just in time for the holidays.
Together, we offer something you won't find at a big-box store: real relationships with the people who grew your tree, genuine expertise on every variety we carry, and a commitment to making your holiday season as magical as possible.
